Bastian Alliance Program
Rules and Requirements for Forming a Partnership

If you’d like to form a partnership with Bastian, please follow the steps: 

Announcement Policy

• Bastian will NOT announce: Anything that was made public before the alliance is official.

• Bastian WILL announce: All relevant updates and events after the alliance is formalised.

Note:

• Invite Competitions and QOTDs will only be announced if a Bastian representative approves.

• Announcements will focus on events or initiatives that benefit both parties.

Requirements for Affiliation: 

To apply for an alliance, your group must meet all the requirements listed below. (Exceptions are rare and must receive PR department approval.)

• A minimum of 350 Roblox members and 100 Discord server members (excluding bots).

• Must provide two members to represent your group within 36 hours of the alliance announcement.

• Willingness to:

  • Attend Bastian events and promote them on your server.

  • Post Bastian-related updates as directed.

• Support Bastian’s PR team in planning co-partnered events.

• Maintain an active community with professional staff.

Affiliation Application Questions

When applying, please respond thoughtfully and provide at least three sentences for each question:

1. Include your group’s name, member count, and links to your Roblox group and Discord server.

2. Why do you want to partner with Bastian?

3. List two representatives from your company who are members of our Communications Server.

Submitting Your Application

Prepare your application in a Google Doc and include all responses.

1. Open a ticket in our Communications Server (follow support information).

2. Label your ticket “Alliance Application Submission” and share the link to your Google Doc.
